Adara House is a modern, very well-equipped, semi-detached house situated in a small development in a peaceful suburb of Kato Paphos. Adara House is furnished in a modern style to a very high standard with an updated kitchen and remodelled and enlarged patio area with in-built BBQ and rotisserie. The house comes with free WiFi as well as English TV channels and a complete SKY TV package. The air-conditioning units in the lounge and in all 3 bedrooms are free: one bedroom being ensuite and two having their own balconied terrace. The tiled roof terrace has sun loungers, table and chairs and a lovely view of the large shared swimming pool. It boasts gardens on 3 sides, a large patio overlooking the pool and a carport for those visitors who want to hire a car and explore the delights of the island. The beaches and picturesque harbour of Kato Paphos are only 10-15 mins walk away, which makes Adara House ideally situated for those who want to take advantage of the many bars, restaurants and shops downtown and then return to a quiet, peaceful home for a good night's rest. In short, everything you need for a great holiday - a real home from home, with all mod cons!

Beautiful House in an excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Paphos. The house is beautiful and so well equipped with everything you need. The lovely addition is the garden with BBQ which is right near the pool. We met some lovely friendly residents around the pool. The house is in a perfect location to the main town and beach with supermarkets 5 minute walk away. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. We would like to thank them for letting us stay in their wonderful house.

Lovely base to explore paphos and the surrounding area. Most days it was like having your own private pool. Property is spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here.

Great house in a convenient location.

This had been a great stay in all respects. The house is very comfortable and cosy, spacious with quiet neighbours, and surroundings. Great location too, a very short drive to either beach or old town. The owner could be contacted when required and provided all details to great extent.

Great stay

Adara House was just perfect for us - the location was quiet, but close enough to everything we wanted. The outside patio area allowed us to eat and relax, with a fantastic bbq area, and the pool area was beautiful with mature trees giving natural shade and relaxed surroundings. The house was beautifully appointed with plenty of space for our party of 5 adults. We had a fabulous time here in a place that we love. Thank you for sharing your home from home with us!

Lovely holiday let

Very nice holiday home with plenty of kitchen utensils etc. comfortable beds and lovely fans and air con in each room. Plenty of space, lovely pool and outside areas. Very helpful host. Wouldn’t definitely recommend and definitely stay again!

Long awaited family holiday

Very nice townhouse with 3 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of space for 5 of us. Comes with a large roof terrace, which the teenagers loved in the evenings to get away from us oldies. Kitchen fully equipped and lovely terrace outside with a great bbq area, seating for 8 so was brilliant for cooking and eating outdoors. Great pool with a large shallow area for younger kids, covered parking for if you hire a car and overall a really nice place to spend a week on holiday. Would recommend to anyone.

Adara House had all modern conveniences. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were more than adequate. The complex was quiet even with children playing in the pool area. As a base it worked very well for us to explore the area and the attractions offered. There is something for everyone in the area. I'd recommend a cruise from Paphos or a boat trip from Lattchi. For us a car was an essential but there are plenty of taxis. We had a very enjoyable holiday in which Adara House played no small part. Our host was very responsive and understanding.

New Year break

Adara House was perfectly located for our week long stay over New Year. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area and patio enjoyable for breakfast. We only used two bedrooms both were comfortable and spacious. As it was winter, it was quite cool in the evenings, but the air conditioning soon made the room feel warm. The local area was nice and quiet, a couple of mini markets were in walking distance and bigger supermarkets a short drive away in the car. We would recommend Adara House to a family with older children and would love to stay in the warmer months.

Amazing property

Where do we start !! From the minute we showed an interest in the property the communication with Michelle was excellent and the whole process was faultless and also giving us airport transfers advice . Now for the property I definitely think that they have undersold themselves the property is absolutely amazing and on a lovely complex with a beautiful pool and friendly community. The location couldn’t be beaten 15 minute walk in both the old town and then into Paphos harbour the other way and shops within 5-6 minutes walk.

ideal family fun hub. property has everything you could possibly need. from relaxing garden & outside entertainment, through the property for everyday essential needs. modern kitchen ,airconditioned rooms ,showers & toilet for each bedroom. up to sun trap rooftop terrace & some of the best sunsets you will be able to see. The information given for our holiday, covered all our needs. local supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk. local taxi company who met us from the airport & then returned us for return flight home. its an absolute gem & feel fortunate to have found.

Lovely house - not suitable for our family

House would be ideal for a family of adults or even children over five with an awareness of danger but stairs that cannot be blocked off with a 22 months old who loves to test boundaries was a nightmare. Very disappointed in the owner who has yet to contact me considering there was a security issue when we were there & almost a week later has not been in touch to return our deposit.

Our time in Paphos

After previous cancellations we were all excited to finally get to travel to Paphos without any restrictions. Initially we were very disappointment to walk into a house that needed a good clean. It was like it hadn’t been unused for a good few weeks/months There was a musty smell that gave us the impression it hadn’t been used recently, there was a list of things that really needed attention and I immediately contacted the owner Michelle to let her know that this wasn’t really acceptable. Michelle did contact her cleaner who offered to come and see us at the house later that day or the next, but I wasn’t really comfortable to point out the list of findings to her, also wasn’t prepared to spend part of our holiday talking this through with someone that told Michelle she had spent 6 hours in the house prior to our arrival (which I’d question) The windows are dirty uncleaned throughout, the patio, the table and bbq outdoor area was dirty, we cleaned all this before we could actually use it. This was such a shame as the house itself could be lovely. I’m not in the habit of writing bad reviews but really was unhappy with the condition we found the house.

New Year break at Adara House

We have stayed before at Adara House and found the location perfect for a winter sun break. There are supermarkets close by, it's a pleasant walk to the Harbour and the main roads are only a short drive away giving easy access to the surrounding area. Adara House is very well equipped for a home from home holiday, the kitchen has everything you need, the living area and the bedrooms are all comfortably furnished, the roof terrace is an excellent space for warmer days and the patio area is a perfect suntrap from morning to dusk. We would thoroughly recommend Adara House for a winter sun holiday to Paphos. Our hosts were excellent at keeping in touch with us and although we didn't have any issues, we are sure they would have assisted if needed during our stay.

Great property on a well maintained development

Felt like a home rather than a holiday let. Well equipped with good beds. We live with little traffic noise at home and therefore the traffic noise from construction sites and Cypriot 'petrol-heads" was not to our liking. This did detract from a potentially quiet site.

Great House in a great location

This is a lovely house in a really nice location. Well situated for access to Paphos Harbour and waterfront, shopping and access to main roads. Old Paphos and Market are about a mile away and are walkable. The complex is well maintained and clean and although the pool was too cold in March, the pool area was well supplied with sunbeds etc. Adara House is very comfortable. Nice leather sofas, refurbished kitchen area and comfortable beds. Well equipped with something for everyone. Good supply of dvds, games etc as well as pool toys etc for younger families. The patio area gets sun until early afternoon and the roof sun terrace pretty much all day. Hosts Michelle and Andrew were great - helpful, prompt responders and accommodating. Our flights were cancelled without much notice and Michelle was happy to help us re- arrange our trip. Happy to recommend this listing to anyone considering Paphos.
