“My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! ”

“Wonderful apartment 2 minutes from Time Square. Great views from the two balconies. Apartment was clean and fully furnished. It had everything we needed. “We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.”

The place was in a great location that was close to Times Square and Central Park. The property manager was very responsive and made the entire experience very easy. “This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. During our stay, we even had the opportunity to meet the neighbor next door and visit her garden. The neighborhood……
