It takes too many emails and texts to check in and out. There is no human contact in the process. A major highway is between rooms and the lake. On the plus side, the rooms are large and comfortable.

Very clean, nice room, great beds, great shower and excellent breakfast! A+!

Staff were friendly. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Also nice having bar and restaurant on site.

Everything was very good or excellent except the actual bedding. The pillows were lumpy and the mattress was rock hard. Everything else was very good or excellent.

My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! The property is gorgeous and the location is ideal for us. I had to reach out to the hotel on the day of check in. I sent an email to the property through Expedia and I explained our situation. Someone from the property looked into the problem and contacted me very shortly after I sent the email (it had to be less than 30 minutes)! We hadn’t received an email with check-in information (room number or access code), but that’s because we booked through Expedia. Expedia provided the hotel with the Expedia email address, not mine… and they made no attempt to forward the information to me. The staff member from the hotel was very friendly and helpful. She immediately provided the info I needed and had the check-in email sent to the correct email address. I really couldn’t be happier with our stay here!
