The room was spacious and smelled very nice. The achilles heel of the experience was the bed. Though seemingly newer, this bed was noisy and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt hard and lumpy. “the property was modern and up to date - I reserved a Suite and I wish the TV was in the area where the sofa is instead where the bed are... but over all it was okay. What I didn't care for was the breakfast. They had a pancake machine but no mix to use to make pancakes. Maybe Holiday Inn could get some real eggs, our sausage was dried out on the first morning. Get more options for breakfast. The staff was amazing. The pool was clean.”

“Check-in process was okay. Cleanliness and noise were an issue. Walked into the bathroom of my room and immediately notice a puddle of urine on the floor. Took a shower and was standing in ankle deep water. The ENTIRE room smelled like mold/mildew. The people on the other side of my room were loud as I don’t know what. They were laugh dropping things on the nightstand and had their baby/toddler us babbling some times and even crying while they did nothing to stop the baby. Unless you’re……
