"I had an amazing stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The pool was beautiful and not crowded at all. The daily breakfast included many options and could be ordered any time 7am-7pm which I really appreciated! The property was also beautiful and I really enjoyed the activities offered, especially learning how to make the Balinese offerings! Overall I had a wonderful experience, and would absolutely recommend!!"

When I arrived the room had a broken curtain rod and ac not working. Just did not feel homey compared to the other resorts for that price. Also the vibe in the place is filled with security personnel breathing down your neck. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all. I loved the suana and wellness part but hated staying at the premises itself. The property grounds are incredibly extensive and meticulously well-maintained—every corner feels like a lush, tropical paradise that seamlessly blends into the natural jungle. The overall environment is deeply serene, offering the perfect peaceful escape from the bustling center of Ubud. Two highlights truly stood out for us: First, the riverside spa is world-class. Having a massage right by the rushing river, surrounded by nature, was an incredibly therapeutic experience. Second, as a family with dietary preferences, we were thrilled by the breakfast spread. They offered a fantastic, extensive variety of vegetarian-friendly options that were both delicious and high-quality. Maya Ubud balances luxury, nature, and family comfort perfectly !!"

"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. They have gym/spa ( extra charges) , a massive pool and like 6-7 restaurants. Also they have heaps of security guards, as a guest I do feel super safe staying there."
