"Everything were good except the airport transfer part. I booked this hotel because it stated it was only 9 mins away from the Pudong Airport and we had an super early flight so I decided to book but when check in time, we were told that the whole journey to airport was 45 mins because they need to pick up other people from there other 2 hotels which I was not told when I asked them about airport transfer couple months back. Other then this, the place is clean and comfy. "

"Good affordable basic accommodations. Great for sleeping off a long flight from the US, as it is easy to walk through the airport to get there. Rooms are very small but surprisingly quiet considering all the air traffic right outside. Breakfast is limited, but good. Love the wild mixed decor in the lobby and restaurant. "

"Room and staff were all great. 1 thing we liked about the hotel is that it's relatively close to Pudong airport and they provide multiple and frequent shuttle service for guests to various key places in the city (including the Bund, Disneyland and key transport hubs). I personally dropped my phone in the bus to Disneyland and managed to retrieve it after a quick call to the hotel who contacted the driver no problem at all so TYVM!"
