“We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024\. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). “Had a wonderful stay! Room Was clean the bar/restaurant was really good dinner was tasty staff were very attentive only slight thing is that breakfast wasn’t great mine and my partners eggs benedict were both cold and staff seemed a bit rushed in the morning so didn’t want to ask for fresh ones so we just left it. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
