The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic.
