The only negative things were that one day a gentleman who was clearly a guest entered our room with his card key. I was there at the time but if I had not been there he may have been able to steal everything. This was unsettling. The desk cancelled all cards to our room and all was good but it should not have happened. When someone goes to the desk to get their card reset they should have to prove they are registered to that room! I wish we could have extended our stay by 2 days after the unrest situation of Feb 22 but they were unable to accommodate us. We found alternate accommodation for those 2 nights. This should have been explained to us upon checkin, and would have avoided confusion and frustration. Was fine in the end. We were not being charged. Despite being prime time (Feb 2026), it was not busy. Never had to "save seats" anywhere. Great service from all staff.
