“The room needed updating. The pillows smelled and the mattress was old. The carpet needed a good cleaning or better yet a new one.”

“My first terrible experience with Marriott. The bed was awful, the pillows were old and no form, the toilet would not flush so after I got in late and used the restroom around 1am the waste had to stay in the commode which is nasty. We were not told that the property was under renovation. Such a shame because it could be a wonderful property. I always stay with Marriot but this has made me rethink this from now own! And to think that I paid over $200 for one night! I should receive a……

“Great location for softball games. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. It’s not a 5-star resort so just make sure you have the right expectations.”

“😒 they couldn’t find my reservation. I booked through Expedia and Expedia did everything they could to explain to the it was reserved and should be there, paid for. And he just kept saying nope I can’t find it. The first time I stayed with them the machine wouldnt support my bank card and the clerk swiped it again as if it would change and now I have pending charges that will not go away even tho my card was denied by them UGH! Frustrating Expedia got me booked with another hotel. I will not go……
