No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 72 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 72 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property \-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. \-Please bring all trash to the dumpster provided in parking lot to the left of unit as you walk out the back door. \-Guests assume All Liability of using the pool. Owner, Manger, Complex is not responsible for guests or friends of guests. \-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. \-We are not responsible for amenities that have are out of order per the complex HOA.
