"Very clean, nice location, efficient and courteous staff. Unfortunately, out of the many daily activities advertised on the website, almost none took place, and the mini club was basically just sitting the children down and make them colour/paint. The swimming pool was always very very busy, and because of the heat, the lake level was very low, it was not very inviting, and no canoe or kayaks were available for hire. "The location is superb, quiet, friendly and yet very close to the beauty of the historic town. The staff was super kind, friendly and attentive at all times. Breakfast was very good. Our room was super comfortable and super clean. Kudos to all staff but in particular to Lucio who ran the extra mile in making our stay unforgettable. Definitely a repeat on our next trip to Siena.
