“Good customer service, clean and updated room”

“The breakfast room is way too small, it only seats 12 at a time. I informed the desk clerk that there was only one bagel left and the breakfast clerk came out and looked with a very huffy attitude. The bagels were restocked about 20 minutes later. The dryer vents out just to the side of the FRONT DOOR! There was white lint all over the porch area where people smoke and also in the decorative rock garden. The clerk that checked me in on Thursday, July 23 at 3pm, told me that there was a $50 per……

“There were only 2 parking spots for handicap and 2 spots for credit card holders. Would have loved to be able to park in the handicap since I had to walk from one end to another. Go up the elevator then walk to the other side. Recommend thinking about those who are injured. Room was not clean. There was trash in the coroner by our window. One of the bed sheets had a cigarette burn in it. The other had QUEEN written on it.. shower had hair all over it and black stuff on the wall.”

“There are leftover fried chicken legs from the previous guest in the fridge, and the room has an unpleasant strange odor.”

“Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations.”

“Stay was over all good and the hotel rooms are clean. I wasn’t happy with vacuuming the rooms next to me at 7:40 am. That is a bit early to be doing that.”

“We reserved a lovely corner room. Everything was great in the room except a very slow draining bathroom sink (I told the staff & it was not looked into). We did not get housekeeping service for bed making or fresh towels. The restaurant staff was great. The morning coffee was wonderful.”

“We weren't overly thrilled with our stay, it was tolerable. The room was clean when we arrived but the air was a little stale due to lack of air circulation. One of the plug ins on the lamp between the beds didn't work. Not thrilled with little tiny bars of hand soap, would rather have refillable wall pumps. I had to pump body wash from the shower to wash my hands. Our room key cards would not work consistently.. we had to go down to the main desk to get them reactivate at least twice. I would……

“It was fine. The staff was helpful and this is very much a budget hotel. For that it was clean and quiet. There were not many amenities and it was very bare bones other than in room kitchenettes. For a cheap place to stay that was clean, it was great.”

“This property is run down. The lobby and room are okay but, the grounds are horrible. Pool is dirty and in need of repairs. The parking lot and grounds are overrun with weeds. There is a filthy trailer park behind the back parking lot and a few trailers are actually in the parking lot! This hotel is on a major road in a sketchy area. Town is only 1 mile away but, it is unwalkable as the area is not very nice. Not a place for families or couples.We will not be back.”
