“Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). For a short “getaway,” for some better sleep, I would not unfortunately stay at this location again. Hotel was clean, service was kind and pleasant. Just……

“The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The amenities were very simple. The carpeting in the hallway and in the room was a little worn and smelled a little bit old. The bed was very comfortable, it did have a little squeaky noise when you move around. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again.”

“Nice one night stay. Very convenient location—close to restaurants, stores, and the expressway. Staff were friendly and room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a full, hot breakfast. The only drawback was the tub drained slow and some wacky hardware made the shower very difficult to use. Otherwise, very nice stay.”

“This property is old and needs improvements. The first room I was in had plumbing issues with. O hot water and a back up in the toilet. When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet. The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing in that room. The second room was better, but the shower hand rail was not attached in the tub. The holes where it was attached were mostly covered with some kind of tape but there was also……

“We walked in and walked out. Critters of all kinds—a probably cute rodent skittered by right when we opened the door. There was a live cockroach on the fridge. Signs of bedbugs on the mattress. The front desk attendant was great, though.”

“The room was clean but wouldn’t sit on the couch it was pretty dirty.. bathroom door wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it. ”

“I asked for a later check out at 12:30 or 1 and the person working the front desk said they would put a note in about it. The next day the cleaning lady came knocking on the door at 11 and the lady said that they didn’t give late check out. ”

“I couldn't eat anything they offered and it's not worth the price for a broken ice machine on the 2nd floor and u have to walk down to the 1st floor to get ice so it kinda sucked”

“Enjoyed staying, Very clean and comfortable room.The river, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Nice clean Gym I hit every morning. Front desk, Bar tender, server, housekeeping ladies and the maintenance guy ALL very pleasant, polite and helpful. Good job guys !!! That was my second stay... I'll be back....”

“Top sheet was dirty on the bed. Coffee maker didn’t work. Complained to staff and was told they’d give me points. They didn’t. The stay doesn’t even register on the app.”

“If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15……
