“Two entrances had broken doors, one of which had no door. Remote didn’t work right for the tv, and the room smelled. AC system barely functioned. The breakfast was very limited.”

“Somehow we got upgraded to an executive suite and that was in another building across the parking lot. It was very nice with a cold fridge and microwave. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. We went there for the pool area bc we’re in town to do something else. The pool was nice, the hot tub was nice too. As a parent you want to sit in the hot tub while the kids enjoy the pool, but you can’t see the pool from the hot tub. Which really sucks when you’re trying to watch your kids. If……

“We stayed there last year, and it was acceptable. However, this year when we were to check in, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson.”

“I mean honestly you get what you pay for, the room was clean as long as you don't mind roaches coming in from the AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its in a downtown location near several gas stations, stores and restaurants. ”

“The carpet was dark and filthy. My socks were nasty when I took them off at night. I put down a white washcloth and just rubbed it on the carpet and it came up filthy. In addition, there was bad smells and I believe that was from the carpet also. There was a chair in the room that was filthy, I would not put anything on it or sit on it. However, the staff was very nice.”

“It serves it's purpose, but it definitely needs to be updated. The outside and inside needs a major cleaning the carpet is very dirty.”
