"Very spacious and modern hotel room. In terms of service, we ordered a steak that was overcooked and dry at the restaurant that took over 1/2 hour to arrive - and the manager agreed to take it off the bill after we complained."

And again the next night. No problem. With the nightmare we had trying get our business done in town. It was so nice not to have to worry about where to stay.
