"We had a wonderful time loved the location, close to ATV trails. Neighborhood is great, quiet. House was super clean! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were lovely and the showers incredible! No hopes and dreams were flushed! Our fur baby loved the fenced in yard, you could hardly tell that there had been other dogs in the yard, as we didn’t find any traces of them. The entertainment system in the living room is nice easy to navigate to streaming services. If we had warmer weather we would have utilized the outside entertainment as well. Communication with host was incredible you can tell they truly care and want their guests to have a good time. They are quick to answer questions. We will be keeping this house on our list of places to come back to Thank you for hosting our family"

"The experience was great. The only issue was the patio furniture was awful. It was torn and not inviting to sit and relax outside. I like the cold. I wanted to sit outside and enjoy the fresh brisk air but couldn't. "

"The fireplace was warm. The couch was broken and unable to use it during the stay. The host was easy to get ahold of. The house didn't heat evenly. The living room was cold snd the bedrooms were very hot. Something seemed to be wrong with the regulation of the hot water in the shower, mist of us had to take lukewarm to cold showers. It was a beautiful area and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Overall cleaning could have been better."

"This cabin was perfect for the two of us with our dog! The convenient location near the highway made day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon possible while having the peace and quiet to rest in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were modern. The place was clean as a whistle and the fenced in dog area was a huge plus. We are heading back to Indiana and will remember our stay as one of the next parts of our trip!"

"The house was just as listed and had everything we needed anything from entertainment to amenities. It felt like home away from home. It was super relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely book again. The host was in touch before, during and after the entire process was so easy."

"Vanessa, the experience coordinator, was responsive and timely, offering solutions to any problems or questions quickly. She was very flexible with us, letting us check in and out of the place late. The place was mostly clean and easy to find! The listing was misleading, I fear. This "cabin" was not so much a cabin as a single-wide trailer in a trailer park. The hiking trails "nearby" were rocky and twisting, clearly intended for ATV or bike riding, which definitely did not meet our morning hike expectations! I had booked this place off of a search for "cabins near Sedona," to which this stay was unfortunately nowhere near (Sedona was over an hour away). The "smart lock" on the door kept literally falling off the doorframe, scattering the batteries underneath the deck. Vanessa was helpful in opening the door again, but it was frustrating trying to get into the trailer in the dark with a lock system that flung itself at every opportunity. The water came out of the faucet yellow. 'Nuff said. The TV connected easily to our Netflix. While the water started off positively frigid, it warmed up quickly; we did need an hour in between showers to make sure everyone had hot water. The creaking of the plastic paneling kept my sister up all night in the front bedroom so if you're a light sleeper, beware! All in all, not a bad stay for the price but definitely not a cabin and the hiking trails were not all that. Vanessa was great and the place was clean and relatively easy to find!"
