The modern and architecturally appealing 5-room house is within walking distance of Pinneberg railway station on the Fahlt. The A23 motorway to Hamburg is a few hundred metres away, shops for daily needs, doctors, pharmacies and the centre of Pinneberg and Rellingen are within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and the terrace is partly covered. The house impresses with its open-plan living space concept. On the ground floor, the 2.70 metre high ceilings offer an even greater sense of space. The open-plan kitchen with cooking counter provides direct access to the partially covered terrace. The fireplace serves as a room divider to the large living area. From here, the staircase leads to the two upper floors. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and free-standing bathtub. The balcony, which is accessible from 2 rooms, is also located on the upper floor. The top floor has a large room with a built-in wardrobe and a gallery. The garden is overgrown on all sides and offers optimal privacy. There are 3 car parking spaces in front of the house, one of which is under the carport. There are 2 garden sheds in the garden for storing bicycles and garden tools. The underfloor heating and hot water are provided by a gas central heating system from 2018\. Registration and billing with the gas supplier is done directly by the guest.
