I reported the lack of air conditioning and the heat and stuffiness of the room numerous times. We opened the window for some relief, but the neighbor was frequently smoking on the adjacent balcony and I am allergic to cigarette smoke so I had to shut the window most evenings. "

"Refreshing the room , sonority, cleaning the upholstery all over the hotel (room, restaurant, front desk, etc) wouldn’t hurt I strongly suggest indicating that parking is not free on whatever platform peoples are reserving there! My questioning is why hide the 11€/night charge upon check in (not a big deal for us) for parking from a pompus receptionist that could not help himself telling me that it’s nowhere on platform that they show the charge for parking,,! It just give the impression of what else are you hiding from your customers! Nothing else about the others staff we Haddad great service for the whole week there! "
