If you prefer to explore the surroundings, the town of Paimpol is only a 5-minute drive away, where you can discover its picturesque harbor, bustling streets, and rich maritime history.Located on the picturesque heights of the port of Loguivy de la Mer, this charming house nestles in a cul-de-sac, offering an environment of absolute tranquility.Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and also with sea views, allowing each guest to wake up admiring the sea.The main room is through and bright, offering panoramic sea views, creating a soothing and inspiring setting.The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with local products that you can enjoy with family or groups of friends.The shower room has been renovated and now includes a spacious shower, adding a touch of comfort to your stay.When you want to enjoy the great outdoors, you can head to the south-facing terrace. This terrace offers a sublime view of the surroundings, where you can admire the harbor below. You have access to the entire place, with the exception of the 3rd bedroom which is locked.

On the heights of the port of Loguivy de la mer, the house is located in a dead end. Very quiet place where rest is guaranteed!

You will be 5 minutes by car from Paimpol and 10 minutes from Bréhat Island pier. In Loguivy, 5 min walk from the house, grocery store, fish shop, bar and restaurant.

Als wir das erste Mal das Haus betraten waren wir vom Ausblick auf Hafen und Meer total überwältigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Größe und Ausstattung wie beschrieben und sehr gut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, ebenso im Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühltl!!!

Location au calme avec vue port

Charmante maison de pêcheur bien située dans le village et proche de Paimpol et de nombreux petits sites à visiter. Le petit balcon avec vue sur le port est très agréable et la petite cour dans l'impasse bien pratique. On peut même y garer une voiture. Le canapé est petit et pas très confortable pour le repos. Il n'y a pas d'écran de TV.
