“I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a gym and……

“We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”
