“The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. ”

“Three things-- 1.) The front desk staff consistently greeted and acknowledged me, unlike the two other properties I stayed at this trip. Greeting and acknowledging guests is basic hospitality 101 and, as a former front desk person myself, was glad to see it practiced here. 2.) Readily available luggage carts, again unlike the aforementioned properties. 3.) Found a hair on the toilet set, BUT that is foregiveable given that I discovered a mound of hair and a bug on the shower drain at another……

“We stayed in a King Suite that had a separate door on the bedroom and a pullout couch. The room included a small kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge, way bigger than is typical. We didn’t use the dishes or appliances but did sit at the table & eat our take out. Room was clean but shower/bathroom showed small signs of water damage and could use a tiny update. The only other downside was that the spare blanket we tried to use for pullout bed was pulling and shedding everywhere. We went out and……

“My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, terrific showers with high water pressure (and even overhead rain nozzels if desired). There are also……
