“The room pictured and the room we stayed in were not the same. There is no Murphy bed. There is not a full size fridge. We didn’t get our check in information until after checkin time and we had to ask for it. The room has a lot of rugs, that just didn’t feel clean. There is no storage or place to put your things with the exception of a small hanging rack. None of the automatic trash cans worked. The fan remote didn’t work until we figured out the batteries were in backwards. The unit we stayed...

“AC was set to FREEZING and couldn't be changed. It was probably 60 degrees in the room and the AC would not shut off even when turning it to 90 and there was no off setting. Roach in the shower as well. Barely a trickle of water in the bathroom sink. Woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Not sure where it came from but something must not be sealed letting outside smells come in. We've stayed in this building before and know the location is great but we won't be staying in this...

“You can't beat the view and the value for your money. This was our 3rd year at the Sea Dip, the HOA is spending money to spruce up the resort, and it is looking much nicer. The unit is older and very small (2 people max). Coffee table raises up and converts to a dining area, proved challenging for us. There were extension cords running all over, not sure of the safety aspect. Very limited drawer space and could definitely use a rolling clothes rack. Overall, we had an enjoyable 2 week stay.”

“We enjoyed our weekend as there are not a lot of places that allow 2 nite rentals. The beach was nice. While the Unit was fine the building is VERY worn. Missing siding etc. Loud parties by the pool. No parking near the building and one nite no parking at all. Had to park at another condo.”
