“The house had everything you could want for a nice, quiet stay in the mountains. The owners were very responsive to any request (which was only for butter to cook eggs!), and even provided us with snacks and wine for our first day! It was a big house with lots of room. Although close to owner's house, felt very private. Enjoyed seeing the sheep and Max every day. We would highly recommend staying with Mark and Victoria.”

“The house is very cozy and accommodating, we stayed for a week and nobody wanted to go home. The layout worked great for our group - our teenagers and older kids stayed in a downstairs unit and we loved it was separate from the main house. It was a hot week, but the AC unit did its job pretty well, the house stayed cool. Our teens loved all the games and casino was a blast!!! The stairs were surprisingly easy, even our grandma did not complain. The house is listed as sleeps 13, but there are not……

“Fantastic home! It was an amazing place to come back too after a weekend spent skiing at Schweitzer. The location is super convenient as it was only a 15ish minute drive to the hill. The house had all the goods and was extremely comfortable and clean. Love the character and the host was friendly and responsive. The ratings are up! It was an all time trip. Thanks a bunch!”

“The chalet was perfect for a ski vacation. Very short distance to the free shuttle that took us up the mountain. The host was quick to reply when we had a problem with the coffee maker and she immediately brought a new one only after we figured out our error with the coffee maker. Would highly recommend this property for anybody that wanted to have a great time.”

“Nice house on a spacious lot, quiet area, lots of birds, nice views. stayed in winter without any snow- water at more of a distance than the pictures due to season. It’s 45 minutes to Schweitzer. Did not get to enjoy outdoor seating which looks nice. Enjoyed indoor fireplace (bring wood).”

“Great house for large families. We were a 3 generation group of 12 (2 children) visiting for a ski trip. House was well set up with plenty of room for everyone. We were able to play games, set up a puzzle, and watch TV in the theater room. We did have an issue with the WIFI but Rebecca stayed in communication with us until this was resolved. Everything we needed to cook meals (although a tea pot would be a nice addition...) and multiple coffee pots for those mornings before heading to the slopes……

“The hotel is new and very nice and clean. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've had a hotel. The lobby area is large with lots of tables and seating options. There is a nice outdoor seating area with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only complaint is having to pay for parking. I didn't see anything on the website about it and was told when we checked in. It was not a downtown hotel; it seemed totally unnecessary. I don't like hidden fees.”

We were travelling with our two small dogs and were placed in a room on the main floor near the green area for the dogs which was much appreciated. Parking was great: we were able to park near the door to our room and dog area. Our room was clean and very quiet (we are light sleepers) The breakfast provided was awesome: I really appreciated the helathy options! We will definately stop here again on our way South. ”
