“Modern, spacious, and immaculate apartment. Ideally located in a high-rise building with a full-service grocery store on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities. Coffee shop down the street, downtown area and Interstate very close by. Designated parking is helpful, in an area that is "permit parking" only. “When we arrived, the apartment was unfortunately not clean. The floors had not been swept, vacuumed, or mopped, and there was a strong odor. Since we arrived late, my husband and I went to the store to purchase cleaning supplies and took care of it ourselves. I understand things can happen, so I didn’t make a big deal about it. “The bathroom was totally unacceptable and the whole building had an odor. I don't require the Ritz, but I also don’t do 49 a night motels. The mold on the shower curtain was totally unacceptable and the shower head hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. “Don’t be fooled when you pull in, the apartment was nice and quiet and near lots of stuff. The batteries were out in all the remotes and low on the ac thermostat, but that was really our only problem. Definitely worth the price.”
