“Stephen is a gracious, well organized, responsive & helpful host. So, as one would expect, his place was perfect in every way.It's an ideal location, yards from the Ocean, a block from the beach, with a sunset view & adjacent to two nice tennis courts.The condo itself is as advertised. Newly remodeled, amazing & fully stocked kitchen. Ideal for cooking & entertaining.This 2 BR condo actually has 4 lanais, two upstairs & two downstairs, so if ya need a little a separation from whomever you are……

“We had such a great experience staying at this property! Check in was a breeze and all the amenities. Even though we didn’t utilize, it was a nice treat to have some streaming services available. Host and front desk were very attentive and checked in with us upon arrival and before we left to assure our needs met. Ocean and sunset was lovely from our balcony was magnificent. Another added bonus was the ability to view luau nearby. Thanks for having us and would highly recommend.”

“This property was perfect for our first time to Kaua’i. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. They thought of everything we could need from beach towels, beach chairs, and games to keep us entertained. Every morning we would sit on the back lanai with our coffee and talk to the roosters and chickens that came to visit. It was hard to not feed them! The owners daughters own a small bakery called Outer Bakes. We ordered some absolutely delicious treats……
