"We had a great time at the house. That was our second stay at this beautiful home we rented for the forth time with Tim and it always feels like home!!! Everything is very clean and the pool is sooo nice and warm. I can’t wait till 2027 to rent again from Tim he houses are the best and he always respons right away if you Kontakt him, he is truly the best and I hope to meet him in person next year! Thanks again Tim for everything we had a great stay. Perfect"

"This location was great for our friends & family scalloping trip this season. Even though FWC shut down the season for the Pasco area, we were only a few miles south of the county line. Our group headed North and found a sweet spot to collect our scallop limit and enjoyed them for dinner. Would definitely recommend this house for a Gulf Coast Vacation spot!"

"Very nice place. Location wasn’t pleasant at first but overall the home was great; close to many shopping plazas, restaurants and fun activities for my kids. Even though we didn’t use the fire pit or the outdoor grill it was a great extra touch we didn’t know about prior to booking. The pool and pool table was a hit. We definitely enjoyed our stayed. Only downfall was the water pressure. After a little while the water pressure was barely anything, which was a little difficult when you have adults, teenagers, & a baby. But that didn’t stop our day or fun."
