“It’s a very safe property. Need a key to get into the complex as well as two locks to the unit. Dedicated parking spot. Close to Surfside beach and to downtown (15 minute walk). Nice pool. Air conditioning works well. Water pressure and temperature great. Located in a residential area. Quiet and peaceful. Clean unit and communicative hosts. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of a big hotel area and you want to unwind after a long day in……

“Very nice place, the dogs make it better. Super clean, we also had a pool which was amazing. Rent a car if you want to stay here since it’s far from activities by walk, but it’s perfectly placed with half way between the Noord and Sam Nicolas.”

“We loved this location and property. It is a gem. Michael the host greeted us upon arrival. He answered all my questions promptly through our stay. The unit was extremely quiet. The pool and grounds was beautiful. We ate breakfast every morning outside at the dining table. Coffee, sugar, and tea was provided. ”

Overall the property is 10/10 The property is FAR from everything touristy if you do not have a car. there's a grocery store within walking distance but that's it. everything, including the beach is a $13-18 USD taxi ride away (each way), no restaurants nearby within walking distance either. that said, the place is in……
