“Amazing hotel, with the most helpful and friendly staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Beautiful, clean rooms, excellent location within walking distance of everywhere you want to be. Such a great experience, I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else in Charleston. We traveled with my 16 and 20 yr old and they loved it too. One suggestion: get Bacardi behind the bar, that Hilton Head rum was like drinking lighter fluid. Thank you!”

“The property was way more than I expected. All staff was really friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful. The staff my cleaning people great. How they interact with each individual was really impressive to me. They have a wine and cheese hour a cookie and milk hour and also their breakfast buffet was outstanding. “We booked two carriage house rooms for a long weekend and it was amazing. Let's start with the location. White Point Garden is directly across the street. It is an easy walk to the Battery. About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby. Rooms 1-3 were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast can be served in the small dining area or delivered to your room. The……

We were in a separate building and had to go all the way over across the street to that building to use the restroom when there should be one available near the eating area.”

“There was no front desk for checking. Instead someone greased you and checked you in while seated in a comfortable seat. The staff everywhere was extremely nice and helpful. Went out of their way to take care of my wife and I. The location was great.. restaurants everywhere. we walked to everything except the sunset cruise”

“Great location. Web confusing re what the property amenities are. Rooftop garden, yes, but not a bar or evening spot unless you bring your own drinks and food. Same with the bar. I expected a more lively bar and evening event. Bar, yes. Staff, great. Prices, stiff. As a side note, there is a grocery store across the street, so possibilities exist for those who want to grab a bottle of wine or beer, munchies, etc.”
