“Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. We love that all the basics are stocked in the vans, such as cleaning items including washing up liquid, and also cloths and bin bags which is so helpful. "The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave."
