“The breakfast was nice and the entire place was very clean. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was pretty small. Also, we were not told at check-in that they don't service the room for stay overs.”

“The rooms did not feel clean, there were no facecloths in the hotel and was told that they thought that maybe someone stole all of them, they had no normal pillows only small square ones and when we left a message to have more nobody ever got back to us, there were some wierd kind of bugs in our room, when you pulled up on the button to have a shower the spout on the tub was coming out of the wall, when calling the desk nobody would ever answer the phone. All in all a very poor subpar……

We had no toilet paper and no towels. The bathroom mirror was filthy and the top of the toilet was covered in dust and grime. Super disappointing.”

“"Breakfast" was not good, it was maybe half of a continental breakfast. The hallway smelled poorly, new carpet should be replaced.”

“Overall a great one night stay for a funeral. Got back to the motel after 9 in the evening. Almost had to find a parking place elsewhere because the lot was so full. A bit more parking would help.”

“Loved this place. Only issue was the number of homeless near there that were panhandling us each time we walked out. Not blaming that on property at all. As a matter of fact I think there were things done to help. (breakfast delivered to room rather than a buffet for example.)”

“We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to……

“I love the Arvon. My room was super clean with all the amenities. Bed was comfy and bedding was incredible. They were understaffed in the restaurant, the Celtic Cowboy, but the food and drinks were great.”
