Ok location, just off Marquette Street, too much retail and traffic around for me. Staff is quite friendly to all patrons. Only complaint would be the noise level from a business behind the hotel as well as people walking on the floor above. Very loud!

Room was dark, with harsh fluorescent lights. Very small. Dirty carpet. Breakfast poor, with sulfur infused eggs and limited variety, not much healthy. Unresponsive management for defective appliances. Beds were worn out, decor dated.
