“I've never had a worse hotel experience. GPS takes u to a different hotel. The lady working the desk was hard to understand and took me 20 more min to find the place. She asked me if I spoke English. And id compare my phone conversation with a helpdesk conversation from another country. After booking it with my credit card I still needed to pay a 100 dollar deposit. Then at the end I had to pay a 10 dollar fee and I still have no idea what that was for. Got to the room it was not very clean, and……

“Our room smelled like cigarettes upon first checking in. This place also claims to have a policy where if you stay for more than 1 night, they will change your towels and linens every 3 days. We stayed for 5 days and nothing was picked up and replaced, housekeeping did not come once. We had to go to the front desk 3 times to request housekeeping for toilet paper and fresh towels/linen. After the third ask, we were only given a single roll of toilet paper. Wifi also does not connect well, and……

“Clean room”

“It was our first visit we had a clean room nice linens and clean bathroom, air worked great it 97 degrees so thank god it did we will be staying there again”

“Room is filthy & nasty no other words to use!!”

“Property and room were very clean and maintained. I enjoyed the granite look tub and obviously newly renovated bathroom. We were disappointed in the poor trailer parking and the very sparse breakfast”
