Nice place to stay with a group. Went down with my wife and 5 of our closest friends. The check in process required us to meet the host for a rundown of the property, which is fine, but we were in 3 separate vehicles all arriving at different times. I did not meet the host in person as I was the last to arrive.The space was clean and large. However, the bedrooms do not circulate air very well. We all slept with doors open, which hinders privacy. The two main TVs (living room and kitchen) had color distortion. This was not fixed during our stay. Two days before we left, we found out that the refrigerator was not cooling properly, so we lost 60 in groceries. I informed the host who apologized, but did not offer a refund. She asked if any of us would look into fixing it if we have that sort of skill set. The day we left, I received a text saying we would be charge for professionally calibrating the pool table, as we moved it to make room of both sides. There is nothing in the policy about this. Recommend policy update that informs people of this as a service fee. If we had known, we would’ve just lived with it and not moved the table. After being home for a couple days, I continued receiving messages from the host about where certain things could be found. TV remotes, the welcome mat, etc. it seemed as if she was just texting every time she couldn’t find something without looking. We followed the instructions in the check out section of her binder. Overall, not our best stay.
