“Spa beautiful”

“After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. Unlike most hotels we stayed at during this trip, there were no complimentary bottles, vending machines, or nearby convenience stores available. At check-out, a staff member asked us to pay for……

“It was convenient that a Market grocery store was nearby. It would help by having a car because there are no restaurants nearby. Traveling on foot to fi d an eating establishment consumes time.”
