"This is an eco-terrorist hotel! Airco is desactivated intentionally, in the bathroom only a big shampoo bottle, no mini bar, not even a bottle of water (you can buy one at the bar sir, for the price of 3€ for 50cl), no coffee machine in the room, in the hall behind the lift you can read the message : please prefer the stairs ... Where does this happen? In Baqueira sir, the top location for skiing in Spain!!!"

"Great property and beautiful surroundings in the prettiest villages you will find. The staff were great and polite but beware if you are there in the hot summer. There is no AC so the rooms can get pretty hot. The pools is also not heated in the summer and can it is quite frigid."

"I really liked this small hotel in the epicenter of Vielha. Can not beat it in this hotel-filled town. Park free in the big city lot just a few meters away and walk.
I am returning tomorrow for more of this comfortable and friendly place."

Desayuno más que correcto y completo, personal muy atento, nos subieron la categoría de la habitación a una junior suite en la zona nueva sin cargo y bonito jardín para tomar algo antes de ir a dormir. Aparcamiento muy amplio y sin problemas, gratuito del propio hotel."

"Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran."
