“The breakfast was ok. The pool bar and restaurant wasn’t open when I stayed. The rooms need a big upgrade and to be cleaned badly. This hotel has so much potential if they put in the work ”

“Lo único que me gustó fue el clima. Sería bueno mejorar la iluminación, áreas comunes con pobre iluminación. Cabañas sucias y telas de arañas. Falta de toallas para manos y cara. Desayuno a lo confinado. Menú único para todos sin opción. La atención en el mostrador pobre, con muy pocos deseos de atender al huésped. Falta de asesoramiento en cuanto dónde ir o que visitar.”

“We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.”

In my experience the person who gave maintenance told us that Expedia had not sent the information of the guest staying and they new they had a reservation, but didn't have our e-mail to send the code, so just in case after doing your reservation, call the place and let them know you made a reservation through Expedia so they can send you an e-mail with the self-check in information. “The best thing going on for this place is location. Can't beat it with a stick! You are right on the beach, and that may be all you need. Rooms are outdated, could use a big refresh, though they are clean and A/Cs work perfectly (an absolute must in the summer). Bathrooms are another matter... they are small and uncomfortable. This said, none of it may matter much if you just want to unwind at the beach. See above, it's right there, just a few steps away. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful!……
