“The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind……

“I stayed here for one night while visiting London and had a great experience. The location in Soho is excellent – very central, with many attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance. As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. The hotel itself is very new (I believe it has been open for less than a year), and everything felt modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming.……

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……
