This beautiful and pet-friendly townhome is located just minutes away from a variety of shopping districts, restaurants, NCSU, downtown Raleigh and Cary with easy access to major roads and toll free hwys(I-40, I-440, US-1 and 64), RDU International airport and RTP. All pets must be disclosed in your booking message $75 each pet, limit of two pets.

Kitchen boasts upgraded cabinets, large breakfast bar (barstools provided), spacious pantry, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Real hardwood floor, gas log fireplace, large concrete patio with Solo Stove firepit. Master features large walk-in closet, trey ceiling with add on master bath suite w/ dual vanity, large closet, and separate tub and shower. No residence behind allows for privacy. Walking distance to neighborhood pool.

Base nightly rate includes for 6 guests. Additional guests $20/pp/night. Private rental agreement and security deposit hold on credit card (like a hotel) are required.
