“was great, right next to grand lake, unfortunately that trail ridge road was closed so there was no way to get to Estes park in less than three hours. But very cute house, retains heat well.”

“We enjoyed the cabin and it provided well for all of us. We were able to seat 9 people around the dining room table and the kitchen was stocked with table wear and pots and pans. The golf course next door provided for some Nordic skiing and free sledding for the grandkids. Everyone enjoyed staying at the cabin.”

“Loved the Grand Lake area and downtown itself. The tempo was just right, and there was a Repertory Theater as well for a little culture. The people were warm and welcoming as was the atmosphere. In rural areas my wife and I never know what to expect, being an interethnic couple, but we felt no negativity, except from individuals, but that is to be expected nowadays. “This condo is spacious with beautiful views. We had a relaxing and quiet weekend. The condo was clean and the king size bed was very comfy. Our only complaint was we could not find the place. We had to call the local rep for help. Later we realized our arrival instructions did not include a unit number, just the main address. So, before you go, make sure you have a unit number!”

“The Rock House is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything needed to have a perfect stay! The owner, Jim, is very responsive and helpful. He suggested we look at visitgrandcounty.com prior to arrival and it really gives a good glimpse at what makes Grand County, Grand!! We sat in the kitchen, drinking coffee and watching it snow. 5 deer were in the yard, literally a few feet from the window! The nights are spectacular! Dark sky heaven and so quiet! The WiFi was the best of all……

“Having a kitchen while visiting the mountains for an ice fishing trip is wonderful. We are able to save some money and spend it on activities around town. The road through the neighborhood, up to the cabin was well-maintained. Even getting 7 inches of snow overnight. It was cleared by midmorning the next day.. Grand Lake is a beautiful, quaint town with cute, ritzy shops and marvelous access to the great outdoors.”

“My dad and I both enjoyed our stay at this rental. The proximity to RMNP entrance was wonderful and easy to make it into the park before the timed entry started. The master suite worked out well for my dad to stay on the same level once up the stairs. The room and attached bathroom worked out well for me on the lower level. It was great that we could each have our own areas. The house was as described. Any questions or issues we had were quickly addressed by the rental company. Would recommend……

“We stayed at the Fox Den cabin mid-August. The weather was beautiful as were the views. The cabin was perfect for our small family, although it did NOT have a grill, which would have been nice. Also, fair warning to others that stay here, we would advise not leaning against the deck railing, as it is not secure. We let the rental company know so that they hopefully pass it along to the owner’s as we don’t want anything to happen to anyone. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and……
