“They GAVE AWAY my prepaid room even after I called to say that we would be arriving late due to the heavy rain and road conditions. The gentleman on the phone told me not to worry. Besides, I had already PAID IN FULL for a room with two queen beds. When we got there they told me they could only give me a room with one king bed. I explained that I paid for a room with two queen beds because with my handicap I needed my own bed. The rude girl behind the counter did not care. Her attitude was “Oh……

“The room was clean but very dated and various things need maintenance. The jacuzzi tub was a nice amenity. I highly recommend cleaning before use. The hotel works if you need a place to crash while in the area. Staff were fine and helped when needed. The bar/lounge attached to the hotel has live music on certain nights, and it seemed pretty lively. Wouldn’t recommend this place for a long stay—we stayed one night.”
