"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."

"The owner is exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful. His appreciation for his guests is evident and truly delightful. Our room with a balcony was perfectly satisfactory. We slept well, and the amenities were absolutely sufficient for our needs. Coffee and tea are available free of charge 24 hours a day in the breakfast room, and drinks and snacks are available for purchase at a small price. Fantastic! If they can now fix the toilet seat and take care of a few other minor issues, we...

"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. "This was a beautiful, historic hotel. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast. Location was also great for a historic adventure. This was more of a “figure things out on your own hotel” with limited access to any staff so it was not very warm/inviting. If you prefer limited staff interaction and enjoy privacy, this is your place. If you like a friendly , helpful and accommodating experience , pick something else."
