“The first room offered to us smelled so badly of cigarette smoke and mold/musty. The bathroom floor had visible clumps of black hair on the bathroom floor (gross) and old french fries in the corner by one of the beds. We requested a room change, which was honored...the second room was on a fully recently renovated floor and was much nicer...but the door handle was installed upside down (which made it very challenging to both enter and exit the room) and the hallways still smelled musty.
