“We brought our dog and it was perfect. Be advised you cannot take your dog on the beach. The closest pet friendly Beach is in Pass-a-Grille about 13 miles south.The location is beautiful, directly across the street from the Gulf with water on each side of you. However, people need to know that the bed is a mattress on the floor, and the ceiling is only 5 feet high. So if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light switch for the stairs is at the bottom...so don't hit your head gettting up...make your way down the dark stairs (don't fall)and then climb another set of stairs to the bathroom. “How did this "room" in the back of a house qualify for Vrbo? The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the arrangement for how the toilet was situated near the "tiny" dirty shower was amazing. “The house was even better than expected! We had our own private gate and entrance with a small private patio. We also had a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom that were all completely separate and private . Everything was nicely decorated and clean with attention to detail . The location was okay. It would have been better if we did not arrive by bicycle but Gulfport was only 2.5 miles and we biked there for lunch . It was a great stay. I would highly recommend the Cass Tropicana !”
