“Good location but propety is so-so.”

“issue with entering into the parking stall -Garage. I was not able to get in with the clicker. ”

“Clean and comfortable loft in Redmond, near a lot of restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again.”

“We could not have asked for a better stay! The location was perfect for our travel plans, and the host was very responsive to our questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us!”

“This two bedroom apartment is a perfect location for exploring Redmond and surroundings on foot and by bicycle. Less than ten minute walk from many restaurants and shops, and the Sammamish River Trail and Marymoor Park are 5-10 minutes by bike. On a busy street, but noise was not a problem. Very comfortable beds, comfy couch and chairs, and a nice kitchen, if somewhat dated.Off street outdoor parking is private and with easy access to the apartment.”

“I would not recommend staying at this location or with this host. Host was not responsive and did not share check in instructions until multiple messages, calls, and escalations with VRBO support. Despite a later check in time of 4pm, this kept my family waiting outside of the listing for an additional 22 mins with no clarity or responses. After the escalations with VRBO support the host eventually shared the check-in instructions late, and not even an apology or clarification. To make things...

“Great place, convenient location.”

“Easy access, owner quickly responsive to texts and messages. Well equipped and very clean property. Quiet, close to trails. Only item to get fixed: garage door opener. Will come back to this property.”

“As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful.”

“Truly magical! The space itself is amazing but the team goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.”

“Host was kind and accommodating, with that said it’s under the hosts house so it’s noisy and the noise lasted until around 11:30…. Nothing crazy just some dogs and doors slamming , I think they were grilling out. I have no problem with the activity except started at 9:30Pm and went on until nearly midnight. I have two kids with me so it was not ideal in my situation. House was set up great, yard was fabulous, parking was lovely, hot tub I did not swim in although I brought my own chemicals it...

“It was very quiet and much nicer than staying in a hotel room.”

“Muy limpio y tranquilo. Cuenta con muchas amenidades (cafetera, estufa, etc.) sin embargo sería recomendable que agregaran instrucciones básicas de uso ya que no todos somos tan intuitivos para el manejo de algunos aparatos electrónicos. Tambien tuve algunos inconvenientes para accesar a la habitación ya que el código de acceso no funcionaba y aunque las fallas en los acceso es algo que puede ocurrir paso mucho tiempo para que me resolvieran. ”

“one important reason that i booked this is because it has a 10 out of 10 rating from expedia. when i arrived there ,i realized its google map rating is like 3.5. The real property name is hidden in expedia when i booked.”

“Awesome location! Very clean and quiet. I appreciated the security as this is a ground floor unit.”
