“I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have……

“Everything was great, except the food which was just okay. We only ate at 1 restaurant and the food seemed prepared in advanced. The steak was good as well as the dessert (cheesecake), everything else was mediocre at best. We took advantage of the kids club to get a few hours to ourselves and we participated in the archery. We would have loved to see the show however it wasn't until 9:30/10 and so we had no services to watch our 5 year old so we had to skip that. The food at the buffet……

“Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our……
