"The room and property were average but the customer service was great! We had a mix up and needed some help clearing things up. The overnight staff was amazing. She helped fix everything and made sure I knew exactly what she was doing. All with a smile and pleasant demeanor."

"The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. We had to wait till the next day when the office was open ..then someone came right away. The shower was NOT spotless, and the floors weren't super clean. The main bedroom was ok but the bunks in the bunk room were small and not so clean under the mattresses. There was only ONE small area to hang clothes. They left no cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean before we left."

"Fantastic property. Great location which felt very private. The pond, waterwheel and stream made the outdoors feel very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. Really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub."
