“Amazing walking distance to the race track. Above and beyond customer service. Hard mattresses, broken toilet seat, cold water don’t work in shower. ”

“I don't know how this property has such great reviews. The room we stayed in was not up to par. The beds were terrible and the pillows were lumpy. We only stayed for a good night's rest and we didn't get that. The room was outdated, carpeting looked fairly new. If the beds would have been comfortable I probably would rate it higher but when I pay for a good night's rest and don't get it, then I rate it as such.”

The tv flickered on and off. Pool was closed in mid May. We are not picky folks by any means but Hampton Inns have historically been a lot better stays.”
