“There was a restaurant on the property. It was easy to check in”

“We understand that this property has changed hands several times and it currently shows with the lack of staffing and no food service on given days.There was no snack nor food items available. Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there. Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure.”

“Lodge style accommodation. No A/C or ceiling fan, so the room was a bit stuffy for sleeping. Rear window screen was broken, so could only use the front and bathroom windows for ventilation. Room was clean, provided shampoo but no conditioner. Bed and pillows okay. Probably would not stay here again during warm months due to lack of a/c or ceiling fan.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel Lake George. The location is excellent—close to the lake, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to walk to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a charming atmosphere and offered good value for the location. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would consider staying here again when visiting Lake George.”

“Just went with my family of 3, including a 5 year old, for 3 nights. It was great! I thought it was well worth the money. Has a little cafe open each morning to buy breakfast - we enjoyed the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Indoor and outdoor pools which we didn't use but would have used if we got sick of the lake. Tiki Resort also has a bar which we didn't go to and a dinner show. The dinner show was very fun for kids.
