The pool was beautiful and mesmerizing. The customer service was amazing they answered and helped me with all my questions. They gave me a free gift basket with goodies and gift cards. The blanket was amazingly soft. The bed could be a little softer but the blanket makes up for it. Overall I had the best time of my life. The pool and hottub were amazing. My grandkids really enjoyed the slide. The only thing I would say that could be better is the bed.
