“Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner……

“We enjoyed five night at this well situated hotel, right on the main square and within easy walking distance to the beaches and nightlife. Also within walking distance to the train station and main bus stop. Rooms come in very different sizes. Our double room was clean and comfortable with a very good mattress. There is a small refrigerator and a lock box in the room, along with a tv. Maid service was efficient and friendly. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast is good. The……

“Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.”

“Beautiful apartment type hotel in a lovely 100 years old building. The location was central to everything in the historic district. The apartment was spotless. Salvatore was fantastic in keeping in communication with us. Any time we had a question, he answered our texts within minutes. ”

“Aziz was a pleasure as was every other member of staff we encountered. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to book a reservation at the Michelin Star restaurant on the premises. Which nobody ever mentioned. That’s how classy everyone was. No pretense. No ego. “Lovely place with a nice location in the centre of lamezia terme. Free parking spots right next to the hotel. Not designated to the hotel. Suite was spacious and very tidy and comfortable. Not the best bed ever but comfortable. No lift so a few stairs to climb to the top floor. No problem for a non-disabled person. Staff arranged the bigger luggage upstairs by using an outside winch, worked perfectly. Only small minus for the air conditioning. The machine was new and good I guess, but it took a……
