"Was visiting with friends in town and had to stay one night at the Best Western. My wife left a bag in the closet and we didn't realize it until later in the day after checking out. Staff at the desk was wonderful and helped us to retrieve the bag. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel itself is fine. Room was spacious and clean. Lots of history in the hotel. What was disappointing was that we arrived on a Sunday and the town was basically closed. It was still closed on Monday. We found a wonderful bar/restaurant open off the Plaza, Borracho's, which had amazing craft cocktails and food. What was irritating about the hotel is that the tavern was closed when we arrived on Sunday and the dining room and to go cafe were closed on Monday morning! No breakfast at the property. Why would a hotel open 7 days a week close their dining room one day a week? We were directed to the only open café down the street, which was not very appealing. If you're traveling to Las Vegas, time your trip not to fall on a Sunday or Monday."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. An older motel but kept up nicely. The outside was neat and clean also. Beds suited us fine. The only downside was that the upholstery on chair and couch could use some touch up cleaning. Oh, and the shower floor was very slick. Had to be very careful. "

"For a Super 8, this place was pretty nice. It had a little lounge area on the main floor with a TV and sofa, plus a desk area in the loft with a comfy chair, too. They even served a light dinner, which I was surprised at. The breakfast was typical continental, but descent selection of items. The property could use some updating, but it was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. I would stay again."

"Front desk clerk checking in to was awesome!!! Floor dirty in the room and housekeeping was beyond rude and loud in the morning. Letting the doors slam , yelling to each other, dropping linen from the top floor into a carrier, music in hallway, bumping into the walls. Not all people check out quickly we were on a much needed getaway and wanted to sleep in but the staff made that impossible so we gave up and left. Will never stay here again "

"Check-in was fast and friendly. Right off the highway, Maverick truck stop right next-door no chemical smell in the room or linens which is a big deal for anybody with allergies or respiratory issues! Bed was super comfy, the linens were very soft and perfume free. Pillows were excellent. Spa and Pool were clean and functioning. The breakfast was great. Hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, and all the other ordinary continental breakfast stuff as well. Hot waffles. Friendly professional staff. The only minor issue was I couldn’t get behind the entertainment center to plug the microwave van. Five stars. "
